Description of what happened: KING WAG had been robbed just a few minutes earlier at the drug dealer, so he thought it would be a good idea to come to Kavala square and start cussing/berating the people who robbed him, which was all fine within RP (we kept denying it was us, as we were masked at the time)... Then he got racist and started calling us nasty names, so I decided it was time to send this guy to C'thulu for a good ol' tentacle mouth cleansing. Unfortunately I didn't get any of the racist remarks on video, and for some reason it didn't capture my mic, but as I was heading to C'thulu Peak he decided to combat log.
What Rule Was Broken ?:
2E) Logging/Combat logging at any point where you are in RP is exploiting. Some examples of this: during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting medic, logging to save gear, logging while ziptied (Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal*)
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Just before this happened we tried talking to him regarding his racist language, tried to get him to stop... in the video you can hear his side of the conversation while I try to make him realize what he's done, but he says he doesn't care, and proceeds to metagame my 'The Increment' title. He just didn't care.

Video lags a little at the start... it's just my game locking up due to starting the recording, the audio still plays though.
