Description of what happened: Was paroling kavala when a man pulls a gun out to try and hold me up in a green zone , i was unaware it was happening so i turn around to a gun on me and i start to walk. The dead victim ( bounty hunter) was talking to the guy in the green zone , when he falls of his bike and begins to open fire on the bounty hunter. The bounty hunter tells the guy to put his hands on his head and the guy just open fire and kills him right in front of the information center in kavala green zone. I then metagamed the guy to get his name for the report and he run off. I did not chase after the man due to being a risk to everyone lifes as its clear he is happy to shoot any one any where. After the bounty hunter was killed i message vladic ka , who was on scene but some how did not see to revive the man as he was killed in the blue zone for either telling a guy to put his hand up or put the gun away.
