Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: 

the banned report is a false one . i didnt broke A Rdm rule . specially saying that i killed timmy in the garage . are false . and i didnt get my chance to explain my side . got banned straight away after 4 minutes . 

heres the video of everything happened.im trying to save our gang leader .that got retrained by the police .who ever saying i killed timmy on the garage was lying . 

im sorry if this issue looked like i RDM timmy  on his side

(this report has only have screen shot and a poor description lack of evidence just in my opinion to get banned from this . i went to alot of trouble uploading a video getting banned waiting to get unbanned for this false report . thank you verymuch hope i can play again soon.)

So it wasn't in a green zone, however i didn't see any communication from you on the direct channel to the police so your video quite clearly shows RDM.

Do you understand this is a serious roleplay server ?

i do admin wilco . but the roleplay started when they start shooting on my gang mates . you can hear panda asking me to do something . so i didnt think twice to shoot them . because they moving my gang leader . its part of the roleplay saving my gang leader sir. i dont to take the chance to tell them to stop. they have guns can take me out without saying anything the moment i pull out a gun . its clear that my gang leader is asking for help

We already discussed this with the police on teamspeak immediately after the incident and a police officer at rank CSI agreed this was NOT in a Green Zone and was NOT a RDM.

Its disheartening to know that Kid didnt even get chance to put his side accross in the mere 10 minutes between his report thread being opened and the time he was banned.

Kid I strongly suggest you tag the CSI police officer in to this thread who we discussed this with last night.

You certainly did nothing wrong and this incorrect ban should not count as one strike of you two lives.

And we can not metagame so thats all fine but you took clearly advantage off that and just went away for 1 min and went back when fire down at the bank started and shot Jamie without any words

You take a gang leader in to custody, the gang are obviously going to try and get the gang leader freed. Its not RDM as you already arrested me and were in process of escorting me away to your safe haven of the casino green zone.

RP was already initiated by yourselves so it is not RDM.

No.

I was the one escorting him. You can see me pass you on the way, you had a clear shot to shoot me and you failed to do so.

As we can all see in the video, you failed to say anything in direct chat to me or Timmy, you failed to take any shots at me and frankly you didn't even hit me once, you might as well have just shot Timmy straight in the head while he was 50m away from me.

Even then, did he have his weapon raised at you? Were you in any danger?

If I had your gang leader in custody in a house and Timmy was just arriving on the scene, does that give you the reason to just shoot him out of thin air without saying anything?

Frankly, you should have shot me and not Timmy.

I spent an hour after the incident talking to them hence why I am e trembly tired at work right now,

They asked for my opinion on this matter and after I received all of the information in my opinion it is not RDM due to it not being random as he was attempting to free his leader even though he shot the wrong person,

But what I did say was it is also extremely poor RP as nothing was said and is also bannable.

No Officers need to post here as it is an unban thread for that person and not a report a player you are not providing evidence so just leave it and stop encouraging arguments, yes you did not RDM in my opinion and no it was not in the garages, but what you did do was extremely poor RP you could of just said don't turn around or you will shoot and it would of made no difference to the outcome, you was banned for RDM but the poor RP is what has made the ban stick, so I suggest you just post your apology and go and re-read the rules, we can chat further tonight if you wish.

Nobody other that the banned person needs to post.

Why did you kill Timmy who was not near? How would you know that your gang leader was restrained and in custody in an RP sense? Did your gang leader warn the police that if he wasnt let go then officers would die?

I have said this many times before, when you are pulling the trigger on anyone here at altislife.co.uk they must know why they are about to die. If you are not 100% in your own head that they will know then dont shoot.
