I am able to join other servers with the same ping but for some reason i still get kicked after i choose what server slot i want

Yes i am kicked from both, and it is as im downloading the mission file i am kicked, everything was fine a couple days ago

Its because if you get packet loss for a certain amount of time or your ping spikes then the server will kick you from the game, For server 1 I think it has max ping of 200 and server 2 i think its 300. This is mostly why you getting kicked.
Another reason you could be getting kicked would be from personal experience because I accidentally installed a Mod inside the default Addons folder for Arma which caused me to get kicked from KOTH and altis servers due to have unreconised PBO's inside of my game files, Just check the Arma addons file and sort by the most recent files to see whether there are unusual files inside of addons folder
