Police Force are supposed to be professional group, all new police officers are told multiple times  and even before joining police, no rebel activity what so ever.

If one gets another chance then all other will expect it as well.

Same applies to unban appeals as well i asume? 
 

And kicking people via text is professional?

Im more surprised how people always compare this to real life situations.

I personally was talking about people also getting multiple choice on the forums I wouldn't really know about their real life.

Being professional also means making exception when honest mistakes happen. Only a coward would say that no one makes mistakes. Also has there been multiple mistakes being made by multiple police officers. All been given another chances. (Wich imo is perfectly legit) - I just don't like the fact that most of the people were friends with someone who is friends with someone who is important. Forgiving someone a mistake and giving another chance is a great thing - but it needs to be fair.

Except multiple chancs ARE givenue in some cases of unbans....

Nothing aimed towards you  Just some things I noticed over the last year. That there is favouritism is no secret. I honestly just think that sometimes you can just be nice. Yes - it was a mistake it happened once. Not a big deal making an exception and using this example to remind people again to not do it. It's just a game. If people want to be professional officers get outside and become a real cop.

That's usually the key to a lot of things in the police.

The ALPD has a zero tolerance on people playing rebel, it is an instant kick regardless of rank,

If we was to allow people to have a second chance then everyone would be doing it knowing they woulld expect a second chance, saying "why am I getting kicked if **insert name here** got a second chance"

If you are caught playing rebel in the police you will be removed it is as simple as that.

Otherwise it would be unfair on those that play legitimately and wait for their 3 month holiday

There has not been a rule about being caught in RP. However Maratek I think liked to do it like that

I have kicked people out for doing illegal things that were not caught in RP.

in a sense we should have rebel training because we use primary/assault rifles on duty anyway mate
