keep getting kicked during file download

hello i keep getting kicked during the new file download, my internet is fine so i know its not that, i have tried and tried again but it still wont allow me to join or fully download the file any suggestions

not sure tbh the way i fixed it was i turn my computer off and then restarted it and then went into steam
