I dont think this was a hacker, I think it is the building bug when a building blows up if you walk over the rubble it fires you in the air. It's a known ArmA bug.

Me and dave spent between 30 to 45 mins trying to find the hacker who was shooting miniguns, teleporting people and blowing everything up. 

That wasnt no building bug lol
