Kavala Parking Lot

Kavala is currently and has been a huge mess for a while. I think that it would be great to replace the useless basketball court with a parking lot. this would make it easier to drive through Kavala without a huge car crash. HATO would prevent anyone from parking in the streets by impounding the vehicles who park illegal. I know that some servers has this setup and it works great.

Yeah, I realise now that I put it in the wrong place
