I dont know you personally however i can feel why they did it. (0% of the bounty hunters give the 10% bounty hunters a bad name by metagaming, they will just look at you name and shout stop your under arrest for been wanted i have your face.
they are allowed to do this however it is bad roleplay and is annoying for rebels who loose all their gear to some jackass with a wanted list. they didnt straight up shoot you they roleplayed if you had put in more you would have got more about of it however i can say personally i despise bounty hunters because of there greed and because they are always there been a nuisance mid roleplay shouting "your wanted".
i wont kidnap all of them and make it a goal but ifi see one i am wall armed an bored i will pull hum over and drown him.
