As far as I was told on witness explanations, you and your friend was pointing your guns at them and threatening them.

Now I was the Bounty Hunter the man was trying to get away and I witnessed it all, but sadly I don't have any recordings or screenshots, but I have my eyes and an honest opinion.
I was asking around for a wanted murderer on the loose when I met these chaps, they forced me to back off, I did so but still stayed so I could see what happened. I might have gotten there a tad late, but LoA Cool was no threat and he didn't threaten, I was the only person there who actually remained a threat. JT pulls out a gun and shoots LoA Cool, the other LoA lad shoots JT. In the sidechat JT explained he shot him because he shot at his brother and him or something. And when asked: How did you know it was him? JT said he recognized him, he said specifically he recognized him. But the thing is LoA Cool and the other LoA member was wearing a Shemag all the time, so there is no doubt that JT must've metagamed to gain these info, and also JT never warned or decided to roleplay a single bit, but straight up fired upon the LoA members and killing Cool in the process. Cops arrived and we had to roleplay it out.
I don't see how JT's actions were justified.

Officer Booker I am very Sorry I dont have the recording of the interactions afterwards as was some Excellent RP all round Shout Out To Tom Tom who sang a lovely rendition of Freddy mercury's MaMa. Thought I pressed Save recording But obviously had not

This is how it happened, I had my reasons for this!
Lionel, my brother Sileya and me where flying to the Copper trader. As we where held up by these guys opon trying to land. I slipped out of consciousnes and when I came by I saw my friend Lionel and brother Sileya shot dead. I recall seeing a person in black with a vest and a badge on it. Wielding a big gun I believe was an M249 and an even bigger mouth! I also saw a big armored truck nearby. As I still was in the chopper and they must've missed me beeing there. I heard them lockpicking the chopper and talking to eachother.
Then I fell out the chopper badly wounded and almost died.
I was lucky a medic was there in time to safe me from death. The Police where there at the time to assist me and the press to record my deep grief. I got a lollypop by the medic and ride to the center of Kavala by an officer.
Shook up by everyting I wanted to calm down a bit but I had no chance. As a big armored vehicle came rushing through the city at high speed and popped smoke grenades.
This already allerted my senses. What kind of madman would do that in the center of a highly populated city? It couldn''t be those monster from moments ago?
Only to see the same armored truck returning moments later.
Two heavy armed guys step out they show no fear. They are wielding heavy weapons, weapons most people can't afford.
He's dressed in black and has a vest with a badge.
But I wasn't 100% sure until he opened his mouth: "Does it look like I care man."
That attitude, that voice. Ran shivers down my spine!
His friend is pointing his gun at everybody there.
A bounty hunter shows up to get this madman. Mr. Cool here threathens to shoot him, orders the medic not to revive him or the medic would face the same fate.
At this point I snapped, I couldn't see two other innocent lives been taken by this monster and I popped a cap in his head. Warning him would only lead to my certain death.
Thats why and how I shot you!
Not to get your gun or other stuff as you try to blame on me.
Where is the RP in just coming to town, threathening other players and then just shooting the ones that you don't like? What is your reason?
You also combat logged to save your stuff I have heard.
Sadly enough I don't think there's proof of this.
I'm just lucky enough I met Lionel who has a better recording of what happened. Or I would've been screwed.
As you might've done to other players who couldn't defend themself because they lack recordings and you have fine editing skills.
In my opinion its players like you who sicken this game. You're way to triggerhappy and try to blame me for stuff you know I don't deserve.
Just because someone finally got to you.
If anyone gets banned it should be your ass.

And if you upload it, upload the whole thing, even the part where I wake up and scream for help. And that was after I saw both of you.
Then I got out and died. Only to be revived by the medic you send off, when you where gone he returned.
So I could recognize you. I did not respawn.

If you would've changed your outfit and most of all your behavior I wouldn't have recognized you.
If you where walking casual across town wearing a tuxedo to the casino to spend your hard robbed cash I wouldn't have recognized you.
But driving like a madman through the town threathening people, waving around those same big guns in the same scuba outif.
Lets be honest man, I had plenty of ways I could've known it was you.
