Name of the person you are reporting (in-game name): "Jonas" and "Tolban"(2 guys done same thing)

Description of what happened: Well I was trying to hold them up and probably rob them, than my commands gliched and I was not able to ziptie them. How ever I told them to keep theyr hands up and one of them ran around me after it so I killed him(He had been instructed to have theyr hands up). Than the other guy ran around the truck and got his gun out. We ended up killing each other. After couple minutes "Tolban" came back there to the place he died and got his stuff back. I was waiting for medic and Dr. Shalloa came back to revive me. After I got revived Dr. Shalloa told me that one of them said that I killed them. Yes If I killed them shouldnt they be dead? So thats braking NLR. They both came back to the same spot within 15 minutes to get theyr gear back. It is not possible to see theyr names while they are dead... But you can see "Tolban" saying in chat they hes at the spot he died. And After talking with Dr. Shalloa in TS he told me that the guy that killed me and I killed him, he was there 100%(Thats "Tolban"). After that "Jonas" responded OMW. You can hear the truck coming to pick "Tolban". So im prity sure the guy that too his truck before medic was there and was first at my body was "Jonas". He took the truck and drove of. Than he came back to pick "Tolban". Basically these guys have no respect for the rules and they get upper hand when doing it as they got back theyr money back as if they would not have done it, the money and the truck with all goods would have been mine. Should I submit "Comp. Request" also?
Note:
You will see me ALT+TAB the game to check the demo on theyr names to make sure its same guys. I left it there to keep continiuos video representing the time that passed since we died. But theres also "NLR" clock but i just left it there. Also I uploaded long video so you could see all that happened. Also for some reason my all commands like "ALT+R" Ziptie, Y - Phone... Everything was gliched. No idea why. I was not able to even holster my gun.
What Rule Was Broken ?: NLR
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:No, as they were saying in chat that I RDM'ed so they basically dont know the rules. No point explaing to them.
