Description of what happened: So I got my truck out and I was going to get some frogs and stuff. I was checking the map cuz there was changes made to the map. Iw noticed that there is a gun store close buy so I decided to go get a gun. I took out 30k out of the ATM and when I was going back to my truck, the car stopped and 2 armed guys jumped out of the car. I jumped into my truck and started driving. At that time they started shooting the wheels of my car without even saying anything. Than wolfy started using direct chat to inform other guy to tell me to stop.( After they shot all of my tires). Altho it was way to late and they already broke the rules, eventualy one of them said "OUT". Thats also not a direct order to get out of the car as it is not possible to understand what hes refering by saying that.(He could Have Said "Get out of the truck or I will shoot" but that does not matter as they started shooting me before they even said a word.) After he said "OUT" I was killed. All this insident is clearly visible on the video proof. Its my more than 10'th time I loose money because of people not knowing the rules of the server, and it gets annoing a bit. This time I lost 30k.

Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes. I send them a message in game saying that I want to be compensated as they did not folow the rules and I was killed for no reason. On which they responded that they told me to get out. (Clearly trying to avoid beeing punished or accepting theyr mistake and/or not knowing the rules AT ALL) After that I gave up trying to resolve it with them as it would not go anywhere.

Hi dude

This was really bad roleplay and I do feel bad about it. I didn't want it go this way but I still don't think I broke any rules.

I haven't played with Joe before, he asked me for help breaking into a house that he saw had a supply box and we stole those 2 guns from there.

I asked him if he had a mic because I wasn't using mine since it was late at night. I said if you have a mic then we can rob people and I explained the rules to him over text chat... that you have to give lots of warning, you have to try and let them live and try to keep good roleplay. I'm not making this up I did try to ensure this exact situation wouldn't happen.

So when I stopped the car and he immediately started shooting your tyres I got annoyed and frantically started typing on text chat that he needs to tell you on mic to stop and get out etc before he shoots your tires and I had already explained this to him before we even got out the car.

Watch the video from 00:45 and I'm not shooting you or participating at all since I know what he is doing is wrong... I'm typing frantically to him to use his mic and roleplay... I'm trying my best in that situation I tell him 4 times even in caps locks. I was so pissed because I had already explained all this to him before we agreed to rob people.

I ask him why he did that later and he said he thought he could shoot your tyres as a warning if he wasn't trying to kill you... but I told him again he couldn't do that. He fired warning shots in the air at the NHS heli that came to revive you and trust me I was swearing at him to stop and sent NHS a message saying sorry and that he wouldn't do it again.

Watch from 00:45 when I get out of the car I don't fire a single shot at all because he hasn't initiated any kind of roleplay, I know it is wrong so I don't participate... at 01:02 in the video you hear him say "OUT" then at that point I know I can start shooting your tyres and only then do I first start shooting as shown in the video.

You don't get out of the car after he clearly said "OUT" which was why he killed you.  Once he said "OUT" he then goes back to shooting your tires so you DID have time to stop the car and live but chose not to. I know you didn't want to lose 30k. He gave you time to get out but you didn't so he killed you.

I didn't even realize he killed you until I have typed so in the video and when the car stopped I thought you were about to get out, I had no plan at all of killing you. I didn't even shoot at your car tyres until a few seconds after he said "OUT" on mic.

If he had never said "OUT" I would not have fired my gun at all during that incident. He was wrong to shoot out your tyres before he initiated role play but once he did say "OUT" he gave you time to comply and you didn't. You chose not to comply. The only rule he broke was shooting your tyres before warning you. He didn't kill you until after telling you to get out. You can see this in the video.

Ok and also you said you tried to resolve this before posting... You didn't... I used my phone a lot to send and receive messages and did not see one message from you. If you had asked me to come into teamspeak I would have. Two days ago desync caused me to crash into Knight Of Peace and destroy his truck... I paid him 150,000 compensation even though I didn't have to. I don't know if you messaged Joe but I know for sure you did not message me. I felt bad about the roleplay and I would have given you any compensation you asked for.

Joe probably won't reply to this thread because I don't have him on steam and I've never seen him on the server before yesterday.

I suggest you read what I wrote above keeping in mind I never shot your tyres until after Joe said "OUT" and NOT before which you can see in the video (I'm standing still), I wasn't the one to kill you and as shown by what I typed on video I didn't want this to happen. You also said you tried to resolve this with me sending me messages but that's not true and that's a shame because I would have helped and this could have been resolved much quicker.

Since I know how bad this roleplay was I am willing to comp you 30,000 just PM me what time you will be online and I'll take care of it. Trust me I will not partner up with Joe or anyone else for that matter to rob people ever again after seeing where it gets you.

The thing is. From the start of you starting shooting my car. I was sure that both of u will not play by the rules. Im not blaming you as an individual. I blame you both as a group as u were together. Its not about 30k that I had. I can make that in few minutes. If you would have told me to get out of the car before you shot the first shots. I would have surendered, But when you started shooting. I knew that you will kill me anyway as u dont play by the rules. Thats why I kept driving as from the first second you already broke the rules( You as in Both of you). Put yourself into my shoes. Someone starts shooting your car without saying a word on RP server. What would u do? Stop and wait to get shot?

Also. Sating "OUT" its not definition and refereing to anyone as it is just a random word. In the rules it says that you need to engage into QUALITY RP. Just by saying "OUT" its not a quality RP. You need to be more specific. E.G. "Get Out of the truck", "Get out of the car" Also you need to repeat it atleast few times as it is an Online game and Sound-Cut-Off can apear. You need to take that into considiration. I'm not trying to get u banned. Im trying to make this server fun. Also if your team up with someone, You have to be treated as a team. Thats why I made report on both of you. Yes I lost 30k and just after that I told 1 of you that you brake the rules and and I want a compensation for my money, car and time I lost. By which one of you respnded saying this "I told you ti get out of the car and I didnt brake any rules".(Cant remember which one of you I was talking to)

So basicaly you broke all the rules that were mentioned before. Just saying 1 word "OUT" it is not a quality RP. Its just looking for excuse to kill someone. Its a RP server and its not about "Head-Counts" of people you killed. Its about fun and having a lough. Maybe doing this that you would not do in real life. So if you just say "Out" I will always make a report and I always catch a video as I use "Shadow-Play".

If I would sort this out without involving any bans. I would say this. I want 30k Back that I lost and I want +30k for the time I lost making reports and waiting for NHS etc. Keep in mind its not about the money. Its about the principles as I want people to play by the rules. If they are here just to kill people... They are in a wrong place and theres servers like "Wasteland" for them.

Have seen Wolfy a few times on the server, never seems to have mic, he stole a police car and VDM'd me 2 nights ago, but I put it down to him being a newish player. He does spam the emergency number a lot though.

I understand dude... I want to make it clear that when we got out of the car I did not fire a single shot at your truck until Joe said "OUT" over the mic... I wasn't doing anything until he initiated roleplay. Which is why I'm on the right side of the rules. He was the only one shooting your truck until he instructed you out of your car.

Now him just saying "OUT" is weak roleplay... it's obvious when someone is pointing a gun at you and says "OUT" what he means and you could have complied but still... very weak roleplay by Joe and I kept telling him on chat what he was doing wrong.

Look man I didn't want this to happen I think that is pretty obvious from what I typed in game on the video and from what I've said on the forum.

If you want 30,000 comp for what you lost and 30,000 comp for the time you lost to settle this then I will pay you just tell me what time you will be online.

Joe isn't going to pay you anything... Keep in mind I only first met him 15 minutes before robbing you. This is all out of my own pocket and I didn't even pick up the money you lost when you died. If you don't want to give me any credit for what I've done to try and fix this then fine... Just tell me what time to comp you and I will be online.

As I said before, Im not blaming you for anything and I dont hold any anger towards you ir him. Im not even mad. I just want this server to be fun place to spend my time. And the money is only from the part of principles and to kinda teach you a lesson, not to roll with a people you dont know as they might put you into situations like this. Iw been online all this morning and I will be online now.

So theres no hard feelings towards you ir him, I just dont want it happening again. Also as you mentioned before that you shot only after he said "OUT". Only saying "OUT" its not initiating a roleplay, its an excuse to shoot someone. I did not stop after he said that because I know I will die anyways as you(As a team) did not play the robery by the rules. So from the first shot I decided that I will keep driving anyway as there is no reason for me to stop. Cuz people that dont know rules they do that and than they shoot you anyways. Also I will as you to initiate QUALITY RP by saying more than 1 word. and/or repeat it twice as as I mentioned it is an online game and as you know online game tends to cut your words sometimes and they guy might not even hear it at all.

Just to cap it up.

* Theres no hard feeling towards you ir him.

* You need to iniate Quality RP by saying more than 1 word.

* And you should not team up with people you dont know as you are not sure how they will react to a situation.

I did and I tried to be mature and send him a private message to solve it because it is completely unrelated to this topic. There are things other people have done I don't like but it would be wrong for me to go into unrelated threads and post accusations.

I don't remember running him over and if it happened then it definitely wasn't because I was looking for people to run over... If he had messaged me asking what happened at the time then we could have settled it then. If someone does something to me and I knew it might not have been intentional I'm not going to leave it for days then just bad mouth that person in an unrelated thread on the forum...

This is the first time I've heard about spamming emergency chat... again just bad mouthing me with no proof... and I've been using the emergency chat function for months. When I use it I give a clear description of who was involved, where it happened and when like you are supposed to... I'm pretty sure cops get hundreds of messages a day saying "i just got robbed... help" which tells them nothing. I actually try to help cops as much as I can.

Can't we be more mature about dealing with these matters... both people in this thread never have spoken to me directly to try and fix things. It would be so much quicker than here on the forum using up admins time and all my time replying when I could fix things in game as soon as they happen.

I think this time we can agree that no ban should be issued to Wolfy, but I really want to ask Wolfy to try roleplay more and not team up with people he doesnt know.

And the other guy...Joe LaDouille... He did not even take time to tell his side of the strory. I think its obviuos that he does not care about it.

I just want this server to be a better place, as I enjoy playing here.
