Using your vehicle for running people over, using it to ram into other vehicles in and outside combat, using a vehicle with the purpose of making it explode are all considered a form of VDM here (Punishment is a ban)

So firstly, I felt my ban from June was unfair. The server had just came back up - I ran to the garage, got my off roader and crashed it (admittedly I am not the best driver).
I then went back into the garage, got my hatchback and I was flying through Kavala when suddenly I pass a large gathered group of players some in the road, some on the pavement, admittedly I did knowingly hit one person (entirely unintentionally, they were stood in the road, I was driving way over the speed limit) I immediately slowed down and popped a U-Turn. I was attempting to return to the scene when I saw the group had all moved into the road, not wanting to VDM intentionally I stopped the vehicle.
My vehicle was then de-spawned from below me and as you get out of a car your weapon becomes unholstered. I attempted to holster my weapon, but before having the chance June the admin had killed me.
Next I found I was banned.
I can entirely understand if I was intentionally mowing people down why I should be banned but this was not the case, mainly shown as when I turned to come and apologise the mob had moved to the middle of the road and I stopped the car, for anyone wanting to VDM I could have ran them all down, but I didn't want to do that, it's not in my intention to ruin the game or break the rules for / to anyone.
I am actually currently in the application process of becoming a medic so especially right now I do not want to break the rules. So I can assure you I will not intentionally break the servers rules or upset anyone now or in the future if unbanned.
Unfortunately I do not record, so I cannot provide evidence but there it is really, TLDR:
- I did not intentionally VDM
- The supposed 'VDM' happened on the road and its not like I mounted the path to 'get' people
- I was trying to go and apologise
- I was presented with a chance to VDM when the group of players all moved into the road together and instead I stopped my vehicle and was getting out before my car was despawned and I was killed, not the actions of someone who is intentionally VDMing.
