Just a question. If I get access to a police car and impersonate a copper by saying that this is a routine stop, I'd that allowed? And can people wgo don't have rebel licences hold up cops. . Thanks g

Yes :) You dont even need a cop car to so it, but beware some cops will shoot you on sight when you drive a cop car.
