Time & Date this happened: Multiple times but i recorded at 6:29am

Description of what happened: First of all he killed me as i exited the bank through the rear, he said something in broken English which i couldn't understand, then claims he told me not to follow him. The second time i captured him RDM, he ran into Kavala police station with the intention of killing the cops there, he was handcuffed by PCSO FOXX but glitched (used exploit) out of the cuffs and shot PCSO FOXX and another person stood there. He then respawned, re armed and killed someone called Trevor at the Kavala bank for no reason.

Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No he/she just killed me everytime i went to speak to him/her, and told me to post it on the forums...so here i am.

I told you follow me I kill you and Webb he pulled a gun on me and in police station I think he unrestrained me I don't know about the glitch and then I came back to police officer and we talked about it and he sayed ok just don't do it again and I told the officer I don't know about the glitch and he let me go

Just to add to this during his last ban a few days ago he joined the room I was in and suggested I join a certain other server, I let steph know what was going on and she jumped in and gave him a final warning. He then went into a childish rant about how much better the other server was than this one and so on and so forth. Steph then gave him a Perm ban from TeamSpeak.

You killed me and another guy by the clothes store before all of this. The other guy, a gang member, asked you to stop...he wanted to talk, RP with you. He engaged in some extremely good RP with myself prior to your arrival. (first time id ever met the guy, and made a friend from our conversation)

 He engaged RP with you for a few minutes. He asked you some personal things about your life on the island, your plans, and included me in it by asking me "should i rob him", to which i replied, "no, he seems like a nice lad". You never really RP'd, as soon as we turned our backs and carried on talking you pulled a gun and shot him. You looted his body, i went over to see if i could save any of his gear, you then shot me....yes, you say, "Dont take his gun", but again, how is that RP? What difference would it have made? Don't assume everyone is like yourself and as soon as they are armed they will shoot anyone!  Im pretty sure no matter what i did in that situation i would have ended up dead.

 I spoke to FOXX for some time before posting this, he said he wasn't going to report you because he had no evidence, but sadly for you, i was recording, thus could provide the evidence for him He did say he had let you off with a warning, but when i mentioned the 5 or 6 other people you killed, the video evidence of you breaking free from the cuffs, the non RP manner in which you did it all...he said report you. You ran into the police station, went in the house and then said "I will blow off your head, i will blow off your head"...hows that RP? FOXX said, you are in a police station put down your weapon, you just started shooting.

 I secured your weapon before anyone else could and gave it to a PCSO FOXX who had just re-spawned at the Police station. I don't go around killing people, it's not Role Playing. Roleplay would be impossible if everybody took your attitude.

 I didn't see Webb pull a gun, after you killed me, i see no reason why you wouldn't shoot another unarmed, non combatant civilian. You killed a guy called Anonymous in Kavala Square (by car shop) seconds before killing me and Webb.

 Ive killed....1 person in the 6 or 7 weeks ive been playing on the server and that was because i was stood with roughly 10 people and he kept running us over with a quad. As soon as we stood back up, he would run us all down again, so the only option available at the time was to kill him so we could carry on talking. If i want to kill people, i play an ARMA 3 mod, wasteland, Epoch etc.

 Thats it. From here its up to the staff, i don't want to get into a massive debate over it. You know you were in the wrong, others have told me you were only just unbanned for similar behaviour. Maybe RP isn't your thing...don't ruin it for the rest of us though please

Dude, i don't want money, i have money, i don't spend it all on guns I don't want to be killed every 5 minutes for walking around. I don't carry a weapon for this very reason....if i don't have a gun, im of no threat, i can RP, chat to people, make friends, enjoy my time on the server. Ask anyone who has spoke to me on the server (im the white faced (textureless) manaquin (albino) guy), im not a threat to anyone, i mainly chat in Kavala, and pick peaches. It seems to me your only goal in the game is to disrupt as many people as possible by killing them. You can't kill 10-20-30 people a day and have a legitimate reason for it. In the time i was on the server (4-5 hrs) you killed at least 10 people, how can you justify them with role play? Someone doesn't bow down to your every order, so they are killed, that's not roleplay! "stop or il shoot" isn't role play, wheres the rest? Whats the reason? Why is your character so mentally unhinged and violent? I suggest it is because you get pleasure in killing/shooting people who can't fight back, or don't want to fight back.

Why tell the cop that? Compensation never crossed my mind, you never mentioned it until i posted this on the forums...you had no intention of compensating me either way.

 You are a thief you say? That carries a gun and murders people? That is not a thief im afraid.

Thief:

"a person who steals another person's property, especially by stealth and without using force or threat of violence."

It's not RP, it's an excuse to kill people....in your eyes anyhow. Since when do thieves,  or robbers shoot cops (in blue zones) or unarmed civs for merely walking out a door? Your definition of thief is clearly different than everyone else's.

 Thug pehaps, psycho maybe...but im sure none of those roles are in the game???

 I respawned in Kavala, after you RDM'd me...please read the rules:

6B) A new life does not start when

• Your character has been the victim of RDM/VDM (Unless inside of the RedZone)
• You disconnect (end of session)

Why should i have to spawn away from my friends because you decided to RDM me? I think thats the whole point of the rule listed above!

You RDM'd me, of course you are going to deny it, hence i recorded you doing it after the first time. I wish i had the first one recorded, perhaps i can find it as shadowplay records footage in the background even if not activated...il try and work out how to do it, and if so post another video of the first time you killed me

 You never robbed me, you never said your intention was to rob me, you just shot me. The first time you killed me was because i went to the dead body of my friend after you had looted it. You ran away after killing my friend, and hid around the corner out of sight waiting for someone to approach the body....if you hadn't of killed me, im sure you would have killed anyone else that happened to go down that road and blame it on some cock and bull story you invented to save your bacon. The second time was because i walked out the same door as you. Your excuses are pathetic at best. (in my opinion).

The video clearly shows you restrained and being led out of the building by PCSO FOXX. If you didn't do it on purpose, why did you kill the cop? Why didn't you tell him "Officer i think the handcuffs have come loose" or at least mention you were unrestrained and not fire upon the officer? You exploited the game mechanics to have one over PCSO FOXX, for all intense and purposes you were restrained, you got out of it then killed him. Had it been legitimate, ie, you did something unintentionally that unrestrained you, you would have just stood there and waited for the inevitable punishment. You never did that, you knew what was happening and opened fire immediately!

 Of course you are done talking with me, you have been caught out and have no way to defend you actions. @ whoever you want, they wasn't there, i was, PCSO FOXX was, il find the name of the other guys you killed too and see if they want to add anything to the discussion to help your cause. Im pretty sure they are going to say the same as me though, you RDM because you think you can get away with it. You think you can make excuses that will negate your actions. Im not your mum, i won't accept everything you have to say because it will make you feel good....sorry. If you get banned it's because of what you have done, don't try and pass the buck and blame me for your killing (RDM) spree!
