I'm not exactly sure what the reason for the ban is, as it's not quite clear. I've spoken with a mentor who wasn't sure either.

I was on another community, and this might be related to the ban.

Hopefully we can get this issue resolved.

There has been accusations that you are an admin from another community who has in the past:

A: tried there best to copy our ideas and final design of these forums

B: stolen our police computer layout and members from there have come here advising they have seen some of our forum members names on it

C: stolen mission files/scripts

Now before the ban i did some research and your in a gang with others... one of them is taking pictures of our new high street and square.... seems very suspect

Right im gonna just say now, it was me that made the post suggestion some of the things you guys have on the server. Therefore, i ask that you ban me and not Jeff / stu as it was nothing to do with him and i simply suggested some ideas which i have now delted from the other communities forum suggestions.

I am simply asking that you unban Stu and ban me since it was me that suggested it.

In regards to your points:

A. I personally don't agree with copying other people's intellectual property, and I can't accept responsibility for the actions of that server's owners in regards to their design of the website. I have had no input on the design of that community's website.

B. I've worked with the person who either provided the original design or taken it as his own. I can't comment on 'some of [your] forum members names on it'.

C. As above stated, I'm against copying other people's intellectual property, and I myself have not been involved in implemented anything that has not been provided in the public domain. Anything that may be your property that has been used may have been added by the community's owners.

In regards to a member of that community posting images of your server's design, I cannot accept responsibility for the actions of another person.

If this could be discussed further with you privately, then I can provide more details regarding this issue.

Stu... play on your own community, until they stop copying us (in almost every single way)... and clearly they are as the friends in your gang are taking pictures of stuff we have here and i can see your title there is forum admin the ban will remain.

I haven't got the time to babysit people but i do believe there is a lot more to it than your making out so unban request denied.
