Description of what happened: Just regeared only moments before from dying of a hacker instant killing everyone. Driving along, some guy is on the side of the road and see on screen his character was 'speaking'. Next thing I know... BAM. One shot (to the head) in a moving vehicle at about 150m away. Something isn't right...
 
What Rule Was Broken?: 
2A- Using a cheat engine / script or hack of any kind. (aim bot).
 
3B- RDM, shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order).
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No didn't catch the name until looking over the video. And you can't resolve a hacker.

Now that i see your video i can barely hear myself saying stop the car because i think that your effects sound is very low because the guys u are talking to are so loud. The audio is also sort of cut off in the video when u pass me. 

So from this point i understand that it was not engaging in any form of quality role play. 

My excuse for that. 

About the shot. U were driving in a straight way so that's whats makes my shot even easier and i was using een RCO scope.  When i took the shot i was very suprised because it is indeed a lucky shot and if it happend to me i would also doubt. 

But the insult that i was using a hack is not true. Arma 3 has a very good antihack so i would get banned in like 1 week. For me thats not worth buying a new arma copy. I have played over 1400 hours of arma so i am not the newbie guy.

If you want any form of comp for your car i can do that.

You used the same audio excuse you rdm'd me yesterday like 1-2 hours before the incident this report is about...(killing me before you finished the sentence "put ur hands up") I talked to you and never had the feeling you were sorry or knew what rdm even is... didnt report u anyway but then this.... how about u just read the rules?

If you listen you can hear him say "Get out of the car" and its easy for you to say that he rdm you. And you can clearly hear Jasper say get ouf of the car. And Ntesla It wasnt rdm because you pulled out your gun when he said put your hands up. What would you do in real life if that would happen?

@jasper You also RDM'd me and 2 others I was with when you were robbing a store with your gang. We drove past in a truck and you guys just opened fire, followed us round, and then killed us, without even attempting to speak to us. The only reason I haven't also put a report in is because I haven't got it recorded

 
@evil I think you just making thinks up right now. Your are talking about you guys?? who do you mean by that?? you are not being specific so that means u are making thinks up.

 
Me, myles, and Aron were driving a tempest transport past Telos fuel, whilst it was being robbed, when you and your group opened fire, followed us in a hatchback sport, and killed us, at around 3:20pm today. In the chat, it came up that Aron was killed by Jasper. Your name is Jasper, and you've been reported for RDM, leading me to believe you're the same guy. Am I right? @jasper

 
We were driving next to you and saying stop your truck. But u guys didn't listen. So we stopped and tried to shoot u. After that u guys crashed the truck and were taking cover. Police arrived but we roleplayed with the police. We told him to leave and not to come back. After that we were getting shot by you guys. We engaged back and killed most of u. 

Also you don't have any video evidence of that so you cannot report me for rdm. It was just a roleplay situation where u guys lost the fight. Is that so hard to admit?

 
You guys didn't say anything. After you failed to kill us from the gas station, you drove in-front of us, got out, and started shooting at us from the front, to which we turned around, and drove back. You then followed us more, got out, shot at us some more, to which you broke our wheels. Then I presume you guys got caught up in a fight with the police, but we couldn't see that, so we just hit the floor, thinking that you are out to kill us, and returned fire. The moment you all started firing at us from the gas station was your (Attempted) RDM. You'll see no report coming from me, as I have no video of it happening, lucky for you, but i'm just saying this to back @BennyBait 's report claiming you to have RDM'd him, by letting everyone know this isn't the first time you have done this.

Isn't this a adult community?  Making things up is for children grow up.

We chased you guys for like one minute and told you guys to stop the vehicle multiple times and you kept on driving that is not failed roleplay on our side. What do expect us to do just chase you down when you finally decide to stop the vehicle?

And once you stopped the vehicle you opened fire at us, when we killed you how could it be failed rp and rdm if you shot back at us.

I've noticed that alot of people who come on the forums they make things up if you don't have proof or recorded something then pls just dont bother to reply on topics.

Secondly, you opened fire when we drove past the gas station, you opened fire when you drove in-front of us, you opened fire when we were driving back past the gas station, and you opened fire when we got out of the truck, after you crippled the wheels, and at no point did any of us hear you tell us to stop the truck. If that isn't RDM, then I don't know what is. Lastly, I already said that i'm not going to be reporting, so the best thing for you to do right now, is just be happy that it wasn't recorded, and to not keep this conversation going on a report post, as we could both get in trouble for this.

Ofcourse you will not be reporting because you don't have a solid case to start with.

We opened fire that is correct, but be honest here didn't we drove the car next to yours?

We drove next to your car for 20 seconds all screaming that you need to pull over your vehicle you clearly knew that this would result in you getting robbed so you refused to pull over.

You could have shot the wheels... or even just let me drive on. Yes there was 'RP', but such a small amount (which is why I underlined quality). I don't think I could have even stopped in time before you had shot me (if I had chosen to stop).

There was just no point on killing me, you got nothing out of it apart from scrapping the offroad (which you get jack squit from).

And judging by the other comments you have been causing trouble with rubbish RP else where.

@SwiftK Yeah, you drove the car next to us, so you could get in front of us, get out, and start firing on us again. Anyways, we need to end this now, as we really shouldn't be discussing this on a report post
