Description of what happened: Spamming side microphone chat with racist music, saying racists things, calling people derogatory terms. He had been VDMing/Combat Logging for over an hour in Kavala previously, until he ran out of money and could not buy any cars anymore. Another member will be posting a video of his VDM antics.
What Rule Was Broken ?: 1B, 2E, 3A, 3C,
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: We tried to tell him to stop in side chat, but no it was pointless.
