Description of what happened: Athira was being raided by so many rebels and then we heard threatening some Civilians knocjed him out and i restrained him somehow he gor unrestrained and killed me  then he got rubber bullet which made him go on the floor my friend restrained him again but he escaped again but i dont have fotage of that cause i was so pissed i tabbed outt so the recorder was paused ( me and SPC Connal Radford )

I am sorry about this, I am new to the server and I didn't realise that when I stood up I was unrestrained, this made me think that I wasn't restrained in the first place! I apologise greatly.

That is a false statement because in the chat as you can see it never said " Joe Oliver was unrestrained by Kral_K " only "Joe Oliver was restrained by Kral_K".  Plus how did you manage to unrestrain yourself only cops can un-restrain you instantly
