Description of what happened: Combat logging whilst in restraints on 2 occasions, only have 1 on video though.
What Rule Was Broken ?: 2E) Logging/Combat logging at any point where you are in RP is exploiting. Some examples of this: during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting medic, logging to save gear, logging while ziptied (Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal*)
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: yes, sent numerous txt mssgs asking to come to TS to explain server rules, was met with abuse about members of my family.

This chap was also trolling quite hard whilst I was attending to another matter in Kavala but I cant seem to find the video of the other incidents.
