Description of what happened:
We were chasing jackessery and his friend, RyanEssery, who were wanted, and eventually attempted escape in their Offroads. jackessery crashed his vehicle and attempted to run away on foot. He pointed his firearm at me and was rubber bulleted as a result. jackessery was restrained, when RyanEssery attempted to neutralize us. He fails, and is rubber bulleted as well. jackessery proceeds to glitch his restraints and downs me from behind.
What Rule Was Broken ?:

I was unable to locate him on TeamSpeak: no, I have not.
