It wont let me join...

Hi, im Oliver and im new to this server.. I signed up on the forums but when i go into the server it wont let me play as a civ, only police and nhs but when i play as them it obviously says i need to apply.. Can anyone help? if u can thx alot!!!

When you say, "wont let you play as civ" what happens?

Does it claim not whitelisted for Civ or does it kick you off or what? Details please!

When i join the server it puts me on NHS, when i click the civilian box it wont make me purple just still green...
