Time & Date this happened: 2pm 12 Dec
 
Description of what happened: I landed on top of the Kavala NHS building and my colleague Flam3 got out (I sat in pilot seat of my Mohawk) and waited.
Isac ran up and immediately tried to flip my vehicle which sent it as a burning wreck through the building.
I respawned and tried to talk to him about it, he asked how we will sort this out! I told him he will pay me my 6mil for the chopper or its going on the forums. He said he wont so here we are!
Trying to flip a heli thats not his for no reason!

Im not siding with him in anyway, I qwouldn class it as breaking RP as i see no RP initiated, also anyone and there granny has the unflip button, what it is is massive trolling with the intent to kill you and blow you up.

No RP was started but then I class this as RDM! A bannable offense!!! People shouldnt be able to flip vehicles if they do not have the keys!

 
Only damaged vehicles can be flipped, but i agree on RDM, the ability to flip is good, bar these trolls

At the end of the day, this guy essentially RDM'd which of course is against the rules hence the report. No need to derail it by saying you can get your chopper back after restart.

 
For RP purpouses him asking for the full price of that helicopter is completely acceptable. There's no RP in saying "Oh don't worry I'll get it back in a few hours!" No that doesn't cut it, if you had your vehicle destroyed you mourn it like it was scrapped.

 
It's a pretty dickish thing to do and is basically trolling, however isn't landing a chopper other than the NHS chopper on top of the helipad illegal anyway?

Show me the rules where it says so and I will be the first to admit I was in the wrong there. Til then I don't see it as illegal!

I am an MTO with the medics and when people ask me if they can land on the helipad I say yes because it is believed they can!

Can we keep it on topic lads please? I get some of us don't appreciate he landed on the hospital helipad, but I feel this is a grossly inappropriate time/place to discuss it

Well you are not a medic anymore so you dont have to worry about that!

No medics were online at the time and so I landed there! Not that its any of your business!

All I am doing is defending myself on my own thread. If they do not like my actions they are free to leave this thread and never return!

I didn't say it IS illegal, I asked if it was illegal. I thought it was.
