I was caught in the middle of a firefight (i was not involved) by the end of it there was one guy left.  He politely asked me to leave the area (no threat or hostility).  I ran away and came back.  He then shoots me.  No extra warning.  Just wondering if this is bannable as i have footage but dont want to report if its ok rp

I'd say no, to be honest.

It was an active fire fight, you knew this.
He asked you to leave the area, you left and decided to come back despite his suggestion. I think it's obvious to everyone that if you came back, you'd be risking your life in some way. Personally I'd go with it's your own fault.

Others might disagree though.

oh ok the only thing that made me wonder was that there was no threat or anything like that
