I was wondering if there is a rebel army that you can sign up for??

There is PRNA. Do not know if they are recruiting, would have to speak to one of them.

PRNA is allied with the popo now, not much rebel over that.

There is no rebel army, but you can join a rebel group. I believe that a couple are teaming up to fight the police and the PRNA.
