Im interested in volunteering my time and energy to help create this. If i need to be officially "sworn in" or whatever then please tell me where i go to do that. Is the interest form link in the thread?

I can do this without any bias also as i have experience of dealing with biases in my working life. my RL job involves critical thinking and analytics etc.
