Interior of expensive Houses

I see there are huge and expensive mansions and villa's up the hill near Vinewood and i also own one. But the thing that bothers me is i buy a manion for 450k and it looks the same as  a regular house which u can buy for 180k, no difference from inside. My suggestion was to either change the whole interior of the big houses so that its worth spending money on it or else plz atleast change a bit from inside so that it differs from the one bought for 180k
