Some people moan about the fact that weed is illegal, but what they fail to realize is that weed is only illegal because William Randolph Hearst ran a smear campaign against cannabis in the 1930's to protect his interests in the timber industry, because hemp was poised to replace wood as an inexpensive raw material for the manufacturer of paper!
