Instant Respawn

Many times I have seen people instantly respawn by completely skipping the respawn timer, I am not sure how people do this, but it's mostly VDM/RDMers who abuse the shit out of this and then return to the location where they died to cause more havoc.

@Garciaa thanks for taking your time to report this issue. It should now be fixed for the next update but if there are any further issues please do create another bug report!
