The Independent Office for Professional Conduct (IOPC) is an independent government office with the objective to investigate professional conduct across all areas of the emergency services. The IOPC works closely with the respective unit commands and the reporting parties to come to a fair and unbiased opinion on the matter, with disciplinary proceedings to be handled by respective unit commands and/or prosecution to be handled by the CPS upon the conclusion of the investigation.

Our team consists of 6 individuals 2 of whom will be responsible for the day to day operations of the office.
