Increase VON distance

VON distance is so small, this needs increasing as you have to be directly next to someone to hear them

It seems that it cuts off at a certain distance and i have noticed that i can hear someone and then I can't when they walk like a few metres further than they were

Definitely +1, very hard to hear past maybe 5-7m and it's only one line of code to alter

This was changed a while ago, we are aware the VON is dogshit in FiveM we are looking at alternatives, and think we have found a method - in testing. But suggestion implemented.
