Incentivise the Recommend a roleplayer forum?

Is there a way to possibly incentivise the recommend a roleplayer forum? The ban forum seems to have been weaponised pretty well at times and some of the reports in there really look like a case of sour grapes. Clearly it works at times because you catch the bad apples but what if that was flipped on its head? 

Could it be possible to have people who receive the "recommended" label for a few days get something for it - maybe a forum badge/discord badge/some sort of in game benefit* of some description to recognise their community contribution?  

*i have no idea what sort of benefit this would be, bear with me im spit-balling here. But something that says to people hey youre doing a fucking good job and we the community are proud of that?  

Feel free to recommend ideas for what sort of rewards you would want to see? A community acknowledgement of some sort? your name on the blimp for 24 hours or something else that lets the whole server know that youre rocking their socks?

In the past, select players in this section have been given things like low levels of prio queue for a certain amount of time, etc, maybe push for this sort of thing more
