I have an idea that could potentially decrease the amount of Trucks that rack up at the impound lot.
Increase the area you can use your eye and park your rented truck at the moment you can only return the truck if you park it in the middle of the car park.
People tend to pull left or right as the centers always full, this would make people return their truck without having to get back into the truck and park it in the middle, its easier and quicker to just rent a new truck and leave yours where you left it as you cannot park it.
Just a mild suggestion, would be helpful, thanks.
