Imorgon Fuel Tank too low + Hybrid confusion

The Overflod Imorgon is a sports car that currently has only 55L of fuel which is relatively low compared to other sports cars. The tank is too small for this car.

Also it starts up like an electric car, but you cant use a supercharger on it. You can only use petrol. Im not sure if its intended like that but I thought I should mention it. Maybe it is intended to be a hybrid ? If so then it should accept both petrol and electric refuel options.
