Just to be on the save side il test it later on today when i have the time. 

As far as i am aware. 

Cops can scap everthing aslong as the owner is near or confirmed and he vehicle has ben used in illegal activities. 

The scrapyard accepts:

All ground vehicles.

Hummingbird, MH-9, Orca, Mohawk. 

The scrapyard dose Not accept:

Hellcats, Hurons, Taru, Blackfish.

I need to dubbele check the last update on the Taru and Huron bad as far as i am aware they are Not scrabble.
