Hello, I was wondering where I could purchase road barricades / spike strips after obtaining the "Illuminati Cone" perk.

I have checked the rebel stores/market/general store but can't seem to find a single NPC that sells the items.

You have to steal then from cops.

That's the problem you want spikes it makes it so you have to kill a cop to get them

I don't see the problem in this? It's as easy as pulling the trigger if he doesnot comply
