Description of what happened: I was chasing him down as he was wanted. He got out and instantly stored his tempest, upon running away I shot him and restrained him, a few seconds later while im talking he tries to glitch his restraints and almost kills me.
What Rule Was Broken ?: Combat storing / restrain glitching
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Wasn't on TS.
