oh no no i meant like, i was robbed and shot then i was revived afterwards, i saw my killer again but i wasn't sure if i should call the cops on him because technically it's a new life and i shouldn't know who he is ?? not sure

If you are revived you are NOT compelled to forget everything that happened in the run up to your demise.. You can, as stated by @Buidurdroleplay as though you have a form of amnesia, if you desire.

If you DIE and RESPAWN then you are FORCED to forget.
