ID Cards shows the picture on people's PNC

I think it would be really unique to see a unique picture generated separate from PNC of peoples ID card. I think this should be a photo booth at city hall that takes and updates the photo.

Positives? Gives people some personality behind their identities

Infact, why not have a seperate database for the ID card pictures.

Unsure how possible it would be, but a camera set up or photo booth at city hall? That way you could change it without having to bother police?

It would just be an interactable object at city Hall that takes a photo of the person stood inside it and automatically sets it. I'm sure devs can explain if this is achievable.

That's why I think it should be an ingame camera that takes the picture from a static point
