I just spawned in as a fresh spawn and was walking around Kavala when I said ''Hello'' to sombody and they shot me with a pistol!! WTF

Happened in server 1 at 18:15(ish) GMT

Is this not a police matter?????

i've you have a record f it, you should yty to contact the person who rdmed you i've you cant find contact with him or he refue's it then report it here

Less so a police matter than a server rule matter. As said you can report it if you have some video evidence but if you don't then be aware for future reference:

(2.2) RDM - Random Death Match Definition: Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)

If possible you should try and contact the individual so you can discuss within the teamspeak server but if you are unable to do that, feel free to place a forum report.

This sucks as i didnt have my recording device activated at the time. I was only testing the game play so I can get on it tonight. If only I pressed the record button.

Also wouldnt that make them a wanted person for killing a civilian in game??

It would make them wanted yes but you can get wanted for a lot of things so it is a police issue but the fact he RDM'd isn't really the point.
