Everyone is saying that I got banned 3 times or something like that... And therefore are voting no, I don't know where they got the 2nd and the 3rd ban from, but it was definitely not me.

He was banned for being abusive over side chat, and then was banned from the forums because of advertising; also for being a troll on the forums.

Its still the same ban in my opinion as the unban request was opened after the incident. The ban button intake only dropped once. But each to their own. I have voted with my opinion and thid looks pretty obvious what the result is anyways.

There are some players that weren't here whenever I was banned, and they think that this was my 3rd/4th ban based in what some of the members are saying. And therefore are voting no.

And there are also players who weren't here when you were banned who are voting yes based on what member's are saying. Would you like all members that joined after your ban, have their votes to be abstained from the poll, in terms of Yes & No?

Concidering the amount of unbacked up information in this thread, I am shocked how a uninformed person can select either yes or no. This vote will roll to 1AM then I will proceed to lock the vote. Please get your last minute votes in.

I know that some people do really dislike me, what can I do about it? Absolutely nothing. But instead of ''following the crew'' or making statements that are not true, please get some solid 'evidence', before accusing me of stuff that isn't the truth.

Carcas in particular should get a poll like this since he got banned for wayy less then dante or w/e and all the others should all have a poll like this if he passes.

You should have secretly unbanned him, and he could have enjoyed a civillian life.

There is people in the server that got more than 2 chances, not mentioning any single names. After their second ban they came back and got their third chance. This would be my second chance. But people are counting this as the 5th.

 
Personally I don't have a problem with him returning but feel doing this vote publicly is a bit irrelevant given how many people that have voted who were not here when he was around. I really think this should have been dealt with in a quick discussion with the admins. As now even if he does return he would have little chance of a fresh start with people who do not know him as everyone would have now seen the shit of the past.

Wilco will look upon this and check tobsee if anyone has been spreading false info. We will then proceed to action upon the vote. If the vote is even valid in this case.
