About 1-2 hours ago, I was killed in the game (I had to go out) . In my opinion it was pretty unfair / rdm situation. But when I listened to other side of the story, they didn't really break any rules (can kill a person in an active gun fight if he had gun on him) . I'm not sure if this is valid or was quality role play. I was just picking weed and putting it into the truck, with my gun on my back, while my friend was talking to other person (it was really a mumble and i couldn't really hear what he was saying). And as soon as he mumbled something i heard the gun shot and started to back off and i was immediately killed after. After watching this replay, I can just about make out with my headphone that the guy told my friend to put his hand up. I just want some advice on this please.  Thank you

(EDIT: I have talked to the enemy and they said there's nothing wrong with this situation. My friend raised the gun so he was shot. (We understand that))

Can't really tell from the video because he wasn't speaking to you, He was speaking to your friend. 

What i gathered is that they asked your mate to put his hands on his head and he failed to do so. Still, no reason to shoot and kill.

Best thing to do is have a word with the murderers and get their side and go from there.

It's hard to see what your friend was doing. Did he raise/unholster his firearm and point at the aggressor? If so I would say that warrants his death as he was more than likely going to kill the aggressor. None the less, the consequence for not complying should have been aired; for example 'hands up or i will shoot you'. As for your death, I understand why they killed you (just murdered your friends and you had a big gun) however I personally don't believe you should have died with such a poor engagement.

As @Kadensaid, try and talk to them on teamspeak about it, so they can learn how to better themselves and avoid being shown in a poor light.

 
I have talked to them and they just said there's nothing wrong with killing me. My friend lifted his gun up so he was shot dead on the spot, which is fine, but I was way back, not causing any harm + I wasn't ordered to do anything like, lift my hands up .

All they said was, I was in with my gang, and one of gang member posed harm, and i had gun on by BACK so i was valid to get killed on the spot.

I wasn't in the position to do anything. I couldn't really hear the guy saying put hands up. So what would I life my hands up when I hear gun shot? I didn't know what was going on. They did not give me the chance to save my life. I was just killed because I was with them.

 
First off, Really bad sound and couldn't hear was actually happening.....

Problem is, this has already been resolved... Twice... and here it is now on the forums... way to follow the R's...

you started this yourselves when you decided to pull guns instead of talking.

I'll add, it wasn't brilliant from those involved, but still, to keep dragging stuff on, it's a game, get over it.

(you're also lucky to still have that chopper too as you were one of the choppers hovering over Kavala originally).

Looking again though, why was the video recording guy killed, I know he's armed... but still, why?

He shoots you Down, unarmed and not dangerous. He didnt gave you any orders or anything. For me this seems like as deathmatching
