I got perma kicked/banned for talking in global once...? (Denied)

I was talking to another guy on the opposite team and roleplaying that we were were commanders, (we were only 3 players online at the time). Then i got kicked and it said "warning 3/4, don't talk in global chat" but i dont remembered being warned anytime, otherwise I would quit the moment i knew that...(I just thought that you could talk in global when there are only few players and you are not annoying..) my ingame name is "Reed_" and the player i was talking too was something with "Vi..." It all happened approximately 15:00 GMT+1. I wasn't banned but whenever i join it just says "mission failed, debriefing". Pleas do reconsider this ban thing since I just spent 10 hours in two days... :/

Sounds like a KOTH global ban to me as we cannot issue bans to KOTH
