I DUNO IF I HAVE BEEN BANNED

i keep trying to join the server and its keeps saying u have been kicked with a date and saying NLR have i been banned or is it just temporary.

This is in the wrong part of the forums buddy, sounds like you have been banned, which you will need to appeal as all bans are permanent until appeal. You can read more info on the Appeal process here.

Personal advise from me, put in effort into the appeal. Helps a lot and shows you genuinely care enough to put the time in to return to the server.
