I think the administrators and officers in the server is not doing their job.
1. Server is full of bugs
Some examples: When I bumped into the wall I die.
2. Police not doing its job.
Some examples: Only this server I lost about $ 10 million of robberies.
 
I understand if administrators do not have experience in IT engineering, but now I'm bananas to hacking. I beg you whole team starts to work properly to secured with a pleasant holiday of their customers. I hope you read me my message, you are fixing bugs in the server and please let me unban.

When I send message to Police, I'm waiting 30 minutes and nobody is coming.
It is not normal only on this server every day to rob me two or three times, but none in others servers a week.
This is proof that nobody is doing its job conscientiously, and very often when I go to the police, 90% of police officers are AFK!
I insist that you begin to do the job.

Refused, The unban process hasn't been followed, If you have bugs to report theres a forum for that, as for the police its a massive island... not sure how much of Arma 3 altis you have played but with the cops we have they cover somewhat of a massive area very effectively with the about of people running around.

If you are serious about disputing your ban then follow the process and open a unban request using the template.

As for bugs then use the provided forum to report any, As for dying near walls you need to directly contact BIS the makers of arma 3
