It's your job to get the NHS side of things sorted, considering your a GP, you should be trying hard to actually fulfill your duties and make a decent attempt to spread your "forces". Let the CSI's and SI's handle the Police issues.

Is issues preventing the server slots from being increased, I mean back in the day it use to be 80 then it was upped to 90, 100 and now 125, I haven't noticed any server lag aside from ddos attacks since the crash issues after marksmen DLC.

Would the increase from 125 to 150 / 175  really make a huge difference?

I have to say i agree with Ben, server 2 is rough as it is. i know that the server sometimes goes offline due to short amount of players on server 1. doesn't this mean that server 1/2 and 3 will be spread apart. leaving about 2 cops and 1 medic? leaving bigger Gangs to control a whole server? i think that Server 3 could be a Wasteland or a different island, who knows.

It is probably not very construction because it is true, with the current amount of active medics we are lucky to gain a couple of patrols at one time while it is balanced between the two servers. You have to remember people are not encouraged to play as a medic on server 2 as it is due to poor roleplay quality let alone a third server. I apologise for being negative but until we gain more activity server 3 shall not be balanced. I am not able to change lifestyles causing more active patrols but instead attempt to manage what we have. Thank you for your feedback.

Shouldnt you be making more of an effort to recruit then, your telling me, I'm not a GP, your job, your responsibilities. But thank you for not making this into a shitfest lol
