Hugo Sinclair is a great roleplayer. Not only has he been a well respected and known player in the city he has been around a long time and created many fun and exciting experiences for those he meets in the city. For the new players that have joined the city he has created great, funny and exciting experiences for them resulting in them enjoying the city and causing them to 'fly in' more often. He has taught them the ropes of the city, letting them be a part of something which is different to what other people, gangs and groups do, making them feel valued and resulting in them also creating fun experiences for other members of the city, Can't stress enough the funny and unique experiences Hugo Sinclair brings to the city.

I can remember my first encounter with Hugo and can honestly say he is levels above anyone else for creating such a unique story driven scenario were you actually feel your part of a something bigger i.e his whole counterfeit money scheme. He is greatly missed because I feel he was becoming an essential cog to the bank job heist community.
