Will all due respect, I do have some what similar email adresses as some of my friends. Mostly they tend to be email adrsses given out by schools(So teachers can contact us without giving our 'real' email.). They could differ in: 1 number or letter. Mostly, people in the alphabetical order get the ones closes to eachother. 

It could be a possibility that they have the same case. 

e.g.

I have QH193918 & My friend who goes to the same year as me has: QH193829

Sorry if I am wrong and his email adress both contain the same name & pattern then I will fully apologise to you for this. I am not trying to start an argument with you in ANY form of way :p

Same email address same name in game and on steam from the same IP. Cmon puppy don't be nieve.
