how to use pictures in game?

I understand how to take photos on my phone but how do i use photos for things like tweedle posts is there a programme or site i should be using? where do i get the url code for the picture?
I am new to RP in fivem any help would be greatly appreciated

You click on the photo in your galaxy and it should come up with copy image, then go to tweedle and in the section for the image just ctrl v

If you would like to use external images you will need to use Gyazo.
