How do you get a gang base?

I want to know how to make a base for my gang, I've looked through the forums and cant find a page that has the requirements, etc. If there is a page, could someone link me to it please.

At the moment we are not currently taking gang base submissions as we are in progress of our framework, along with a whole map redesign. This means that putting your gang base in would not be logical as they would not be on the new map. 

Because of this we have temporarily stopped taking gang base submissions until the new map has been released. At that time we will then fully outline the requirements.

looking forward to this, I have a small gang but growing rapidly. I hope to get strong enough to be considered for a gang base but only time will tell. Long live STL
